- 6.4 oz salt
- 40 grams
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp whole black peppercorn
- Juice of 2 lemons
5lbs worth of Pork Tenderloin Smoked with hickory for about 90 minutes.
